LoveJos Conference 2011

Many people of goodwill have shown genuine concern about the persecution of Christians in Northern Nigeria and the seeming helplessness or unwillingness of the relevant authorities to deal with the problem. Consequently people, both Christians and Muslims are dying from attacks and reprisal attacks. The cycle of violence now seems endless and a lasting solution to the problem seems utterly impossible.

But we know that with God all things are possible, enemies can become friends, darkness can become light, and injustice can be defeated. The LoveJos conference is our contribution under God to finding a lasting peace between Christians and Muslims in Northern Nigeria.

We look forward to welcoming every person of peace to the conference whatever your faith affilliation may be. Stand Up, Speak Out, the theme of the conference is a challenge to all people of goodwill to stand up and speak out for the powerless, both Christian and Muslim who suffer under the yoke of mindless religious persecution.
